First-time clients: Payment is required on the day of service before we leave.

Regular clients: You have 24 hours to make payment, but same-day payment is preferred—especially for Friday cleanings.

If payment is not received after 24 hours, a reminder will be sent. If still unpaid after another 24 hours, recurring services may be canceled.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash.

Recurring clients must keep a card on file. If no card is saved after the first cleaning, services will be paused.
Cleaning Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it free of charge. Your satisfaction is our priority, and feedback is always appreciated.
Bookings & Cancellations

Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment: no fee, and we will gladly reschedule.

Cancel within 24 hours: a $75 fee applies to cover the reserved time.

Services are offered Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. After-hours or weekend cleanings may be available for a $50 fee.

You do not need to be home. You may provide access via key, code, or buzz-in.

For first-time clients, we recommend a quick in-person introduction.
Inclusions

You will receive an inclusions list with your quote that shows exactly what is included.

Extra tasks can be added for an additional fee.

Quotes are estimates and may change if the home conditions differ from what was described.

First-time recurring clients should start with a Deep Clean.

Kitchen sinks must be empty to be cleaned—dishes add a $25 fee.

Pet service includes vacuuming pet hair only. Pet accidents add a $25 fee.

Laundry is not included but can be added for $25 per load.

Please pick up clothing, toys, and personal items before we arrive so we can clean efficiently.

Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC is fully licensed and insured.
Cleaning Products & Equipment
We provide all products and equipment to ensure high-quality results and full insurance coverage.
Treatment of Staff
We treat all clients with respect and expect the same in return.
Rude, aggressive, or threatening behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the cleaning, future services, and full payment for that day.
Damages

If we break something due to our mistake, we will repair or replace it.

We are not responsible for items that are fragile, unstable, or placed in unsafe locations.

If you believe we damaged something, please send photo proof within 24 hours of your cleaning.
