Service Terms

• A 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment date.
• Deposit payments are applied toward the final balance.
• Remaining balance is due upon completion unless other arrangements are approved in writing.
• Pricing is based on the approved quote, selected services, and visible conditions at time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive debris, heavy buildup, inaccessible areas, or services not originally requested.
• Client agrees to provide safe access to the property and active water/electricity if needed.
• Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weather delays, or manufacturer defects.
• Outdoor furniture, décor, and valuables should be secured before service when possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-access appointments may be subject to additional fees.
• Weather-related reschedules will be handled fairly based on conditions.
