By submitting this form, client understands and agrees to the following:

• Pricing provided before inspection is an estimate only.
• Final pricing may increase if actual property condition differs from photos, description, square footage, condition, clutter level, or selected services.
• 25% booking deposit is required to reserve the appointment and applies toward the final balance.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the appointment time has been reserved.
• Client authorizes Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC to charge approved deposits, balances, approved add-ons, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, lockout fees, and any approved additional services.
• A valid credit or debit card may be required to remain on file.
• A $75 late cancellation fee may apply if service is cancelled with less than required notice.
• A $100 no-show, lockout, or failure-to-provide-access fee may apply.
• Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Arrival windows and cleaning durations are estimates only.
• Severe buildup, excessive grease, heavy dust, pet hair, smoke odor, pests, insects, mold, bodily fluids, biohazards, hoarding conditions, unsafe conditions, or extreme neglect may require additional fees, refusal of service, partial completion, or rescheduling.
• Running water and electricity must be active during service.
• Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access at the scheduled time.
• Pets must be secured before and during service.
• Client is responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, personal documents, electronics, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings.
• Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, loose fixtures, warped flooring, deteriorated surfaces, mold damage, hard-water staining, worn finishes, broken blinds, damaged caulking, paint failure, improperly installed items, or items that break due to age or condition.
• Trash hauling, junk removal, pest removal, mold remediation, garage cleaning, exterior cleaning, biohazard cleanup, restoration work, and specialized repairs are not included unless approved separately in writing.
• Interior windows, inside appliances, laundry, dishes, bed making, linen changes, and other extras are only included when selected or approved.
• Client understands that deep cleaning improves cleanliness but does not guarantee restoration of damaged, stained, etched, or permanently worn surfaces.
• Client authorizes communication by phone, text, and email regarding scheduling, reminders, invoices, deposits, balances, service updates, and follow-up.
• Recurring membership pricing may require a first visit deep clean before maintenance pricing applies.
• Concerns regarding service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
• Client agrees that selected services, quote details, property details, payment authorization, and agreement terms will be included in the submitted email.
