Home Organization Inclusions List

The selected home organization service may include the following depending on the package chosen, project size, home condition, and approved scope of work.

• Review of selected spaces before organization begins
• Sorting items by category
• Light decluttering assistance
• Donation bag setup when requested
• Basic folding, grouping, and placement
• Closet organization and seasonal reset
• Pantry organization and food category setup
• Kitchen cabinet, drawer, spice, cookware, and under-sink organization
• Garage sorting and storage zone setup
• Laundry room, bathroom, bedroom, office, and storage area organization when selected
• Suggested placement for bins, baskets, labels, and storage products
• Basic wipe-down of accessible cleared surfaces when needed
• Before and after photos based on selected photo permission
• Final review of completed areas when client is available

Not included unless approved in writing: deep cleaning, junk removal, hauling, donation drop-off, storage product purchases, heavy furniture moving, biohazard cleanup, pest-related cleanup, mold cleanup, hoarding cleanup, or unsafe-condition work.

Home Organization Service Agreement

Client understands that Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC provides home organization services including sorting, grouping, folding, placement, donation bag setup, light reset services, basic organization systems, and organization labor only.

Bins, baskets, labels, hooks, shelving, drawer dividers, storage containers, and organization products are not included unless specifically listed in the approved quote.

Client understands that all pricing is an estimate based on the information submitted. Final price may change after photo review, walkthrough, or service arrival if the space requires additional labor, extra sorting, product setup, excessive decluttering, heavy lifting, donation hauling, trash removal, unsafe-condition handling, or additional time beyond the selected package.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve the appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise approved in writing.

Client authorizes Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC to send a secure Square invoice or payment link for the deposit, balance, approved add-ons, approved extra hours, cancellation fees, no-show fees, lockout fees, and any approved additional services.

Client understands that a valid credit/debit card may be required to remain on file for deposits, balances, approved charges, additional labor, approved add-ons, cancellation fees, and no-show / lockout fees.

Additional organizing labor beyond included package hours is billed at $85 per hour.

Late cancellation fee: $75
No-show / lockout fee: $100

Client agrees to secure valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, confidential documents, firearms, legal documents, sentimental items, fragile items, heirlooms, and private belongings before service begins.

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation, quote verification, proof of work, quality control, and marketing purposes only according to the photo permission selected by the client.
