Recurring Cleaning Membership Quote

Recurring service is designed for routine maintenance of approved rooms and service areas.

Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Weekend service is subject to a $125 weekend fee. Service outside standard hours is subject to a $100 after-hours fee. Holiday and same-day/ emergency requests may also be subject to applicable fees.

Preferred Recurring Schedule

Recurring appointments are route-based. Preferred days and time windows are requests and are subject to availability.

Membership Commitment

Your recurring price is calculated automatically based on home size, membership frequency, household information, property condition and approved selections. Your exact recurring price per visit will appear in your quote below. A $200 minimum applies per recurring visit.

Accurate property information helps us estimate the appropriate recurring cleaning scope and labor.

Pets

This is important when the total property square footage includes rooms or areas that will not be part of the recurring cleaning scope.

5. Current Home Condition

Recurring cleaning is maintenance cleaning. A first-time or deep-clean reset may be recommended when the home is outside routine maintenance condition.

These questions help prevent a recurring maintenance visit from being scheduled for a home that requires deep-clean, specialty or additional labor.

Oven / Range

Basic indicates routine crumbs and light splatter. Moderate indicates visible grease or baked-on residue. Heavy indicates significant grease or baked-on food. Extreme indicates substantial long-term buildup that may require additional review.

Refrigerator

Basic indicates light crumbs or minor spills. Moderate indicates visible residue on shelves or drawers. Heavy indicates substantial spills, sticky residue or food debris. Extreme indicates long-term buildup, significant odor or a condition requiring additional review.

Microwave

Washer

Washer specialty cleaning may include accessible exterior, lid/door, gasket, dispenser and accessible residue. Final scope depends on appliance condition and accessibility.

Dryer

Dryer specialty cleaning refers to accessible appliance surfaces and accessible lint/residue areas. Dryer vent or duct cleaning is not automatically included.

Inside Cabinets & Drawers

Dishes

Dish service is an optional add-on and is not included in standard recurring cleaning. Select the amount that best represents the dishes waiting at the time of service. This add-on is intended for routine household dishes such as plates, cups, glasses, utensils and similar everyday items. Pots, pans, heavily dried or baked-on food, large quantities, delicate specialty items or unusually time-consuming dish loads may require additional office review. Dishwasher use is subject to the appliance being operational and available for use.

Dish pricing applies only to the selected dish add-on. Excessive quantities, specialty cookware, heavy baked-on residue or conditions outside a routine household dish load may require a separate approved price.

12. Office / Walkthrough Custom Add-Ons

For Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC office/walkthrough use. Use this section when an additional service is approved during a walkthrough and needs to be added to the customer's priced quote. The contractor work order will receive the work description, quantity, area and instructions, but will NOT receive the price.

These services are separate from standard recurring maintenance. Selecting one tells our office you would like additional information or a separate quote.

14. Recurring Membership Service Policies & Pricing Protection

Recurring pricing is designed for routine maintenance of the approved home, approved service areas and selected frequency. These guidelines protect reserved appointment time and help prevent a maintenance visit from becoming an unpriced deep cleaning, organization project or specialty service.

Home Condition Changes

Heavy buildup, grease, excessive dust, pet hair, clutter, construction dust, additional occupants, guests, or other significant condition changes may require additional approved labor or specialty pricing.

Skipped Visits & Deep-Clean Reset

Recurring rates are based on the selected frequency. If skipped, delayed, or paused visits cause the home to fall outside maintenance condition, additional time or a first-time/ deep-clean reset may be required before recurring pricing resumes.

Approved Rooms & Square Footage

The quote is based on the square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms and service areas disclosed and approved. Added rooms, converted spaces, guest areas or newly requested areas may change pricing.

Clutter & Surface Access

Standard recurring cleaning assumes reasonable access to floors and surfaces. Excessive belongings, boxes, dishes, laundry, toys or personal items may limit what can be completed unless organization or additional labor is approved.

Arrival Window & Route Scheduling

Recurring appointments are route-based. Arrival may be provided as a window rather than an exact minute because traffic, prior appointments and property conditions can affect the day's schedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees

48 hours or more before service: no fee. Between 24 and 48 hours: $75. Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellation or rescheduling: up to 100%. No-show or failure to provide authorized property access: up to 100%.

A 50% booking deposit may be applied toward an applicable cancellation fee without double charging. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Scheduling surcharges: Weekend $125; after-hours $100; holiday $175; same-day/emergency priority the greater of $175 or 25% of the approved base price. Only the highest applicable scheduling surcharge applies; fees do not stack. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Scheduling surcharges require company approval.

Property Access & Lockouts

Clients are responsible for providing approved access. If our team cannot enter at the scheduled appointment, the original no-show / lockout terms and applicable fee remain in effect.

Extra Services & Add-Ons

Inside appliances, windows, laundry, dishes, organization, heavy pet-hair detailing, UV services, outdoor cleaning, grill cleaning and other specialty work are not automatically included in recurring maintenance unless selected and approved.

Pet Waste & Specialty Conditions

Concentrated pet accidents, feces, urine saturation, bodily fluids, needles, active pest infestations, hazardous materials and other specialty conditions are not automatically included in standard recurring cleaning and may require separate assessment or service.

Safety & Service Limitations

Unsafe, unstable, excessively high, inaccessible, pest-affected or hazardous areas may be declined. Heavy furniture and large personal belongings are not automatically moved during routine maintenance cleaning.

Pricing Reassessment

Recurring pricing may be reassessed if home size, occupancy, pets, condition, requested scope, service frequency or required labor changes materially from the information used for the original quote.

Cleaning Team

We schedule the same cleaning professional or team whenever possible. Staffing, illness, scheduling or route requirements may occasionally require a different qualified cleaner or team.

Quality Concerns

If an approved area appears to have been missed, contact Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC as soon as possible with details and photos when helpful. The concern will be reviewed against the approved service scope.

Service Documentation

Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC may use condition and before-and-after photos for service documentation, quality control and verification. Public marketing use is separate from routine service documentation and should follow the permissions applicable to that use.

Payment Terms & Accepted Methods

Initial Booking Deposit

All first-time customers, including new recurring cleaning members, must pay a 50% deposit through a secure Square invoice or payment link before the initial appointment is confirmed. The deposit is credited toward the approved service total.

Payment Due Dates

The remaining first-service balance is due immediately upon completion. Future recurring visits are payable on the date of service unless a different arrangement has been approved in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

Square, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Initial 50% booking deposits are collected through Square. Pay only using payment instructions provided directly by Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC.

Late Payments — Itemized

  • Days 1–3 after due date: Grace period — $0 late fee.
  • Days 4–7 after due date: $25 late fee per overdue invoice.
  • Day 8 onward: Additional $25 late fee; maximum $50 total late fees per overdue invoice.
  • Unpaid balance: Future services may be suspended until overdue balances and applicable fees are paid.
  • Legal and agreement limitation: Late fees apply only where permitted by applicable law and disclosed in the approved service agreement.

Additional Charges & Booking Confirmation

Additional work or add-ons require separate approval. Deposits may be applied to cancellation charges without double charging. Submitting this form does not confirm an appointment; company approval and the required initial deposit are needed before booking confirmation.

17. Recurring Cleaning Service Agreement
