We do not determine legal ownership, appraise belongings, determine monetary value or make legal decisions regarding estate property. When decisions are required, uncertain belongings may be placed in a Decision / Review Area when practical so work can continue. If required decisions prevent the team from reasonably continuing, reserved professional labor time continues to count toward the approved service allowance.

13. Cleaning After Organization

Cleaning is separate from organization labor so paid organization hours are not quietly consumed by a separate cleaning service.

16. Important Service Terms

Preliminary estimate. Online estimates are based on information supplied by the client. Photos, walkthrough or on-site conditions may change the final scope, labor requirement, crew recommendation or price.

Professional labor allowance. Package hours represent the included Lead Organizer labor allowance. They do not guarantee that every box, room, belonging or requested area will be completed.

Additional work. Additional Lead Organizer time is $150/hour when approved and required beyond the confirmed package allowance. Additional organizers or project assistants are $85/person/hour when available and approved.

Decision time. Client decision time and waiting time may count toward reserved labor when required decisions prevent work from reasonably continuing.

Unclear belongings. Las Vegas Pro Cleaners will not knowingly donate, discard or permanently remove belongings when ownership or intended disposition is unclear.

Moving services. Las Vegas Pro Cleaners provides organization, unpacking, sorting and reasonable household setup assistance. Specialty moving, transportation of large furniture, safes, pianos, extremely heavy items and specialty equipment are not included unless specifically approved.

Estate projects. Las Vegas Pro Cleaners does not determine ownership, provide appraisals, determine monetary value or make legal decisions concerning estate property. An authorized representative must provide disposition instructions.

Sensitive belongings. Cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, passports, confidential records, legal documents and other sensitive or high-value property should remain under client control or receive specific client instructions.

Safety. Pest activity, animal waste, mold-like growth, bodily fluids, sharps, chemicals or other unsafe conditions may require work to stop or the scope to change.

Products and supplies. Organization products, packing materials and supplies are separate unless specifically included in the confirmed quote.

Deposit. A 50% deposit is required to reserve an approved service date. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms are provided with the confirmed quote or invoice.

I understand that required client decision/waiting time may count toward the reserved professional labor allowance. I understand that this is a preliminary estimate and final scope may be adjusted after project verification.
