Please complete this agreement to approve your recurring cleaning membership, service frequency, secure Square payment authorization, appointment terms, pricing policies, and ongoing service terms with Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC.

1. Membership Service Structure

Service days, time windows, and route placement are based on scheduling availability, staffing, service area logistics, and membership priority level.

Recurring memberships are intended to maintain homes already in livable condition or homes that have completed an approved first-time deep cleaning.

2. First-Time Deep Cleaning Requirement

Homes with any of the following conditions may require a First-Time Deep Cleaning before recurring membership pricing can begin:

• Heavy dust buildup
• Grease accumulation
• Soap scum / hard water buildup
• Delayed maintenance cleaning
• Excessive clutter
• Heavy pet hair accumulation
• Smoke residue or odor
• Strong food odor buildup
• Neglected bathrooms or kitchens
• Excessive floor soilage
• Long gaps between professional cleanings
• Homes in unusually dirty condition

Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC reserves the right to convert the first visit to a deep cleaning quote if actual conditions differ from what was described.

3. Pricing & Quote Accuracy

Recurring pricing is based on information provided by the client, including but not limited to:

• Square footage
• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Occupancy level
• Household traffic
• Pets
• Children
• Requested frequency
• Requested add-ons
• Current home condition
• Clutter level
• Accessibility

If the actual condition of the property differs from submitted information, final pricing may be adjusted.

4. What Recurring Cleaning Generally Includes

Standard recurring maintenance cleanings may include:

• Dusting accessible surfaces
• Countertop wipe down
• Exterior kitchen appliance wipe down
• Sink cleaning
• Bathroom sink, mirror, toilet, tub/shower surface cleaning
• Vacuuming floors
• Mopping hard floors
• Trash removal
• Light straightening of accessible areas
• General maintenance cleaning of occupied living spaces

Services are performed within scheduled time allotments based on membership level and home condition.

5. What Is Not Included Unless Specifically Approved

The following are not included in standard recurring pricing unless quoted separately or approved as add-ons:

• Deep cleaning / reset cleaning
• Heavy buildup removal
• Interior oven cleaning
• Interior refrigerator cleaning
• Heavy dishes
• Laundry services
• Interior windows
• Inside cabinets
• Wall washing
• Baseboard scrubbing
• Construction dust
• Hoarding conditions
• Biohazards
• Pest waste cleanup
• Mold remediation
• Odor treatment
• Exterior cleaning
• Garage cleaning
• Patio / backyard cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Organization projects
• Specialty requests

6. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice may incur a:

• $75 Late Cancellation Fee

This fee helps protect reserved route time and staffing costs.

7. No Show / Lockout Policy

If cleaners arrive and are unable to access the property due to locked doors, no response, alarm issues, denied entry, pets preventing access, or other preventable access problems, the following may apply:

• $100 No Show / Lockout Fee

8. Skip Frequency / Reset Cleaning Policy

If more than 45 days pass between recurring cleanings, membership pricing may no longer apply.

The property may require:

• Updated pricing
• Reset cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• New quote review

before recurring membership resumes.

9. Home Condition Acknowledgement

The client understands that certain conditions may require:

• Added labor charges
• Additional time
• Partial completion
• Rescheduling
• Safety refusal
• Deep cleaning conversion

Examples include:

• Heavy clutter
• Unsafe walking paths
• Heavy odor
• Pest infestation
• Smoke buildup
• Excessive pet hair
• Bodily fluids
• Hoarding conditions
• Aggressive pets
• Parties / recent events
• Illness contamination concerns

10. Photo Documentation

Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC may photograph or document before-and-after conditions for:

• Quote accuracy
• Quality control
• Damage documentation
• Staff training
• Dispute resolution
• Proof of completed work

Private personal items are not intentionally targeted.

11. Membership Availability

Recurring service spots are limited and subject to:

• Route efficiency
• Staff availability
• Service area coverage
• Existing member priority
• Requested day/time demand

Preferred time slots are not guaranteed unless confirmed.

12. Add-On Services

Available add-ons may include:

• Inside Refrigerator
• Inside Oven
• Microwave Interior
• Interior Windows
• Heavy Pet Hair Detail
• Dishes / Sink Items
• Laundry Wash Only
• Laundry Fold Only
• Wash / Dry / Fold
• Extra Bathroom Detail
• Special Requests

Add-ons must be approved and may affect appointment timing and price.

13. Secure Square Payment Authorization

For client protection, Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC does not collect or store full card numbers through website forms.

After approval, the client may receive a secure Square invoice or payment link for:

• Scheduled recurring cleanings
• Deposits
• Final balances
• Approved add-ons
• Card-on-file authorization
• Late cancellation fees
• No show / lockout fees
• Unpaid balances

Client understands payment processing may occur through Square or approved merchant systems.

14. Communication Consent

Client agrees Las Vegas Pro Cleaners LLC may contact them regarding:

• Scheduling
• Appointment reminders
• Arrival updates
• Quote changes
• Payment requests
• Review requests
• Service follow-up
• Membership updates

via phone, text, or email.

15. Electronic Signature Consent

By checking the approval box and typing their full legal name, the client agrees this serves as an electronic signature and acceptance of this full agreement.

16. Final Acknowledgement

Client confirms:

• Information submitted is accurate
• They understand pricing may adjust based on actual condition
• They understand membership pricing is for maintenance service
• They understand fees and policies above
• They agree to the terms listed in this agreement
